Travis Mills Lucas Oil Southern Speedcar Tour Champion 2013

Mills Manages car problem as he wins the Lucas Oil Southern Speedcar Tour final at Borderline Speedway Mount Gambier.

The final race on the tour was run in conjunction with the Middy’s Speedcar Slam.

Early in the night Mills struggled with car issues .The car sounded terrible and the team charged the spare battery and changes sensors . The car was now back on song and Mills gained the coveted pole position for the twenty lap final .

Mills controlled the 20 lap feature running out a close winner over Todd Bennett SA 17 and Domain Ramsay V7. Heat 3 and Domain Ramsay set a new track record while fellow Victorian Grant Patton had a wild ride ending up in the catch fence on turn one

Travis Mills will take home to Victoria the Eagle Chassis as the major price in the Lucas Oil Southern Speedcar Tour .
